School Supplies

Here’s a list of the things you will need in 5th grade.

Please bring all school supplies with you to Open House! 
(Thursday, August 9th from 11-1 and 4-6)

Notebook paper (5 packs)
#2 Pencils (4 dozen)
Composition notebooks (5)
Pocket folders (5, different colors)
Binder, 2″ (1)
Index Cards, 4×6 (3 packs)
Glue, liquid (1)
Glue, sticks (2)
Markers, broad (1)
Tissues (1)

Though it isn’t on the list, any donation of Clorox wipes (any brand) would be MORE than welcome!

You may be wondering about the amount of paper and pencils we’ve requested. Believe me, they’ll get used up long before the end of the school year! We’re busy bees in fifth grade, and the kiddos will be doing LOTS of writing!

The reason your child needs 5 composition notebooks and 5 folders is because he/she will need one of each for each subject: reading, math, language arts, science, and social studies.
